Common Questions

By meeting homeowners on a regular basis I’ve come to realize there are several concerns/questions that come up regularly. I will try to answer them in this section.

1. What is the commission I pay?
My commission plan is simple. One percent goes to me and 2.5% goes to the buyer agent. Total maximum commission you will pay is 3.5%. No hidden fees, no fine prints, and no catches.

2. What if I am not happy with your services?
If for ANY reason at all you are not satisfied with my services give me a call and my brokerage will cancel the listing within 24 hours. No penalties or fees will be charged.

3. Are you a full time agent?
Yes I sell real estate full time usually putting in 12-14 hours a day.

4. How well do you know the Brampton real estate market?
I have been selling homes in Brampton for over 8 years. You can see some of my recent sales here.

5. Who selects the price of the house?
You do. I provide you with a list of all the homes that have sold in your area and tell you what the house can likely sell for, but ultimately you decide the listing price.

6. How do you make money if you charge less?
I come from a very modest background so to me this does not seem like little money. I’m quite happy with cheques I receive and my clients are VERY happpy with the money they save.

7. Maybe you won’t work hard because you are not making a lot even if the house sells.21
That’s a valid point but like I said to me this is pretty good income. Plus I give you the option to cancel the listing at anytime. This puts additional pressure on me to keep working hard because I know I can get fired anytime.

8. I’m still not convinced. It still sounds fishy.
If after looking at my marketing plan, my track record, my testimonials, and the “Easy Exit listing”, you still think there is something fishy then you are more then welcomed to pay me 5% commission.
